If you click on the 'Usergroups' sign on the menu bar (along the top just below the banner). You can choose to join as many groups as you like.

The following groups you cannot join unless an annoucement has been made about needing/wanting more Moderators/Admins. Then you must follow the instructions given in that annoucement to join the group.
